AI skills are integrated into the formal education system to build a sustainable talent pipeline: a foundational, non-technical AI course open to all university students, applied modules for graduate and senior undergraduate students developed with other UKIM faculties, and a nationwide initiative for high-school skills development with the Ministry of Education and Science and the Computer Society of Macedonia.

Teachers are reached through “train-the-trainer” sessions run by FCSE experts; summer schools and hackathons complement the curricula.
